These terms govern your use of services provided by Relay AI Labs, Inc. ("Relay", "we", "us"). Relay provides software and communication services to independent insurance agencies and communicates with their customers on the agency's behalf. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

SMS / text messaging terms

Relay sends service-related text messages on behalf of the insurance agency you do business with. Messages may include secure links to provide documents or photos, follow-up requests for information needed to service your policy (such as an odometer reading), confirmations of requests you made by phone, and replies to questions you send us.

• Opt-in. You consent to receive text messages when you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted by text — for example, verbally during a phone call with your agency or its virtual assistant, or by submitting a form that discloses text messaging. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your service requests.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information obtained as part of the text messaging opt-in process will not be shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Use of the services

Our services prepare and document insurance service work for licensed agency review. Relay is not an insurance carrier or a licensed insurance producer, and nothing in our communications binds, changes, or confirms insurance coverage. No coverage is active or changed until your insurance agency or carrier confirms it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to access them without authorization, or use them to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
